设计学学士 (Liberal Arts Degree)

Students who do not pass the review will remain in the 设计学学士 Program with a specialization in 工业设计. The 设计学学士 provides students with broad exposure to design principles, history, 和 theory. 学生可能会被录取 to the BS in 工业设计 on a space available basis after successfully completing 所需的投资组合评审.

The degree provides basic knowledge of 3D computer-aided design, materials 和 manufacturing, prototyping, 和 team-based theory. Students will have a basic preparation for jobs in computer-aided design support 和 model making, or be prepared to apply to a graduate program in 工业设计 or other areas.
