Equivalency Petitions

Requesting an Equivalency Petition

To request an equivalency petition for a College of Science course, please complete a College of Science Equivalency Petition Request form.

After you request the equivalency petition, it will be emailed to the 利记 email provided on the request form. Students must use 利记 credentials to access the forms.

It will take 4-6 weeks to process equivalency form petitions after the equivalency form and supporting documentation have been received.
