I know this is a busy time as you prepare to transition to remote methods of instruction. This email contains resources and information you may find helpful:

For information on getting started with Canvas, LinkedIn Learning, Camtasia, Zoom, 或其他在线教学工具，请访问 eCampus 直接回答你的问题.

利记 IT has also received a lot of questions about Zoom and our network utilization on campus.

  • Zoom is a cloud-based application and we have been assured that Zoom can easily accommodate 这增加了使用率，而且没有问题. 
  • 利记 IT network infrastructure has sufficient capacity. We have extra bandwidth to cover increased volume and don’t expect any capacity issues with 利记 network utilization.

利记 IT has implemented a new rapid triage service model that quickly escalates services related to teaching, including handing anything over to eCampus that addresses specific 应用程序故障排除. 利记 IT is also expanding support hours and will be available 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. 支持时间将于下周再次评估.

If you or your students need access to additional technology resources, you can leverage the computer labs available across campus or go to our Academic Technology Center, located in the 教学资源中心. Equipment is also available for rental through the library’s Student Computing Services department and through the Associated Students Print and Technology Services Center. Thank you in advance for understanding that each of these departments has a limited quantity of equipment.
