Each year some 800 faculty and professionals from around the world receive 富布赖特 Scholar grants for advanced research and university lecturing in 美国nited States. Steps to hosting a 富布赖特 Scholar:

• Extend an invitation to a colleague overseas to come to 利记 for research/teaching 合作
• Let them know to contact the 富布赖特委员会 regarding next steps for the application 过程
• Provide a letter of invitation
• J-1文件(i.e., DS-2019) will be provided by the Institute of International Education (IIE); however, please put them in touch with 国际空间站 and go 在这里 for more information regarding the post-arrival steps.

的 Enrichment Program, implemented by CIES on behalf of 美国.S. 国务院 Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), offers various  enrichment activities in different locations throughout the academic year for current 富布赖特 参观 学者. 的se activities are designed to enable scholars to better experience America and further the 富布赖特项目’s goal of increasing mutual understanding between 美国.S. and people of other countries.
