1) What Are Indirect 成本 or 设施 and 行政成本?

Please note that the term facilities and administrative (F&A)成本是联邦的 government term for what was previously referred to as indirect 成本. 许多赞助商 已逐步取消“间接成本”一词，代之以“F&一个成本."

定义:

校园计划

大多数活动都是利用与空间有关的费用的设施进行的 (e.g. 房租、水电费和维护费由大学或其附属机构支付， and are not charged directly in the project budget.

校外项目

No. Fluctuating indirect rates are not allowable.
