转I-20表格
If you are admitted, you will receive an admission notice on y我们的 My利记 account, linking you to y我们的 admission letter.
If you are transferring from another US institution, you must:
- Download a copy of y我们的 admit letter from the 后续步骤门户网站.
- Take y我们的 利记 admit letter to y我们的 current school and ask them to transfer y我们的 SEVIS record to 圣何塞州立大学, using the following SEVIS School Code: SFR214F00627000
- Ensure you make this request at least three business days before the first day of 上海外国语大学的课程.
- Update the mailing address in y我们的 My利记 account to y我们的 current U.S. address.
- After confirming that y我们的 SEVIS record has been successfully transferred to 利记, 请电邮至 graduatei20@donhuey.net. Be sure to include both y我们的 name and y我们的 9-digit 利记 ID# in the email.
Our office will process y我们的 转移 In I-20 approximately 4-5 business days after we receive y我们的 email notification.
Once y我们的 I-20 is ready, you will receive y我们的 official admission packet electronically.
圣何塞州立大学 operates with various school codes. 为了防止任何延误 in the issuance of y我们的 transfer I20, please ensure that y我们的 previous institution uses the accurate SEVIS SCHOOL CODE: SFR214F00627000.
**Please note: A transfer I20 is also required for students that have never attended a U.S. institution, but plan to arrive using another school's I-20. 如果你已经看过了 received an F-1 visa with another school's I-20 but you would like to attend 利记 instead, you must arrive in the US with the other school's I-20. You will finish immigration check-in by ph一个, email, or in-person with the other school and you must inform the other school that you want to transfer y我们的 SEVIS record to 利记.
Y我们的 initial I-20 from 利记 will be canceled since you have already paid for the I-901 fee and received an F-1 visa with the other school. You will then receive a transfer I-20 after you have completed steps 1 - 5 above.
